Many seniors experience obstacles and barriers that discourage them from being active in their community.  Whether a mobility/physical limitation or a cognitive impairment, they often find it hard to continue navigating social situations.  This makes them vulnerable to social isolation and depression which advances the rate of decline and the development of other negative health issues.

Elder-Well® has developed an Adult Day Program that promotes guest independence, self-re-discovery, interactions with peers and the community and most importantly a day of purpose, acceptance and friendship.
