Why Us You Ask?

We are a team of people driven by a love for senior care and improving people’s lives – we see it every day. Our franchise support team has 100+ years in both senior care and the franchise industry. If you have a background in senior care, love this industry, and are looking for a business opportunity that will be rewarding and fruitful, Elder-Well® is for you.

By joining our team and becoming an Elder-Well® franchisee, you will be helping both caregivers and the people they support. You will create an opportunity for yourself to become your own boss in a profitable industry which is virtually untapped, providing quality support services to a rapidly growing aging population.

Our Aging America*

  • Baby boomers represent 76 million people born between 1946 and 1964.
  • In the United States, 10,000 people turn 65 each day.
  • AARP estimates that between 2015 and 2050 the number of Americans ages 75 to 84 will increase by more than 100%.
  • Additionally, the number of Americans turning 85 and older between 2015 and 2050 is set to increase by more than 200%.

As you can see from the above statistics, the need for senior care and support services is in high demand.

Owning your own Elder-Well® Social-Supportive adult day program allows you the opportunity to have a business in one of the fastest-growing sectors of the economy. It is not a health/medical model and does not receive Medicaid funds (less paperwork, fewer regulations, and higher profit margins = less stress, better life, more money!).

Elder-Well® fills a much-needed care gap within the senior services sector for higher functioning adults.

Currently, the primary senior care services offered are:

  • Non-medical homecare agencies: An agency that sends a caregiver to visit the senior in their place of residence to provide support services. This is a needed service but does not provide the friendship connections and cognitive stimulation needed to prevent social isolation.
  • Medical model adult day care: Provided in an institutional setting that offers seniors more advanced day services, including full personal care and health services throughout the day.

Seniors with mild to moderate care needs often do not feel comfortable attending a program where others attending have progressed to a point that they need significantly more care. This makes our Elder-Well® program a preferred and affordable alternative to receiving care services.
